Tours - The Ring of Kerry

Our day tour of The Ring of Kerry follows the coastline of the Iveragh peninsula. From Kenmare we head up to Molls gap. With the Macgillycuddy’s reeks to our left, down below us we can see out over the Black Valley to The Gap of Dunloe. At Ladies View the Lakes of Killarney stretch out before us .

From Killarney our tour passes through Killorglen famous for Puck Fair held in August. Glenbeigh is next and then Rossbeigh after which we can see the Dingle peninsula opposite.

On the way  to Cahersieveen we pass the birthplace of Daniel O’Connell. As we leave Waterville our group can see up to our left at Eightear Cua the archaeological site said to be the burial place of Scéine. We wind our way up to one of the stops at Coomakiste with it’s panoramic views of the landscape on both sides we can see the Skelligs to our right. Below us on the seashore is Derrynane where Daniel O’Connell grew up.

Decending to Caherdaniel we head back for Sneem with The Beara peninsula to our right. We pass by Parknasilla and back to Kenmare.

Phone bookings can be made anytime up to 9pm the previous night. Email bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance.
